Key FOB program help

[Confused owner]

I purchased a 2009 cobalt. 2.2 L engine. The car only came with a key no fob. I do have AP3 in the code stating I do have a remote start installed from the dealership/factory. I need to purchase a fob and program it and I’m having trouble figuring that out. The dealership and a locksmith want $145-$189 to program a fob And say only they can do it. I’m looking for anyone that has done this on their own without having to go to a dealership or a locksmith. How can I program my fob , so the remote start works and the doors and trunk unlock? Is there something I can buy on Amazon Amazon that can help with this? Any help would be great thank you.
