I'm looking into buying a Chevy Silverado between 1993-1995.

7k is too high.

I bought my '97 K1500 4.5 years ago for $9000. Mine is 2 years newer than this one, mine has the Vortec motor versus the TBI, has the 3rd door, had never towed a trailer, not a scratch or stain, ect. And this was over 4 years ago...

Shop around or haggle the price down! That would have to be an immaculate condition truck to be worth that.
