is it possible to swap engins in a monte carlo and camaro?

i have a 98 monte ls, and threre is a 87 camaro i-roc z28. is it possible to swap the motors and rear ends. cause i don't want high insurance. and the body and interior are bad in the camaro. dont worry, i would store the camaro shell

Mad Jack is definitely in the ball park, a buddy of mine that's a mechanic said that he could make my 1998 Chevy Malibu a RWD and drop a V8 crate motor in it for about 26K... of course that was 10 years ago, so it might be even higher.
