Technically, yes it is. It can be done, but on a very pretty penny. Most likely you'l have to tear apart a 63 rear end and custom fit it to the panels on the 64, which will cost ALOT. On top of that, that will completely destroy the value of the car. The only time I could see someone doing that is if they plan on driving it until the car is dead. Even then, I doubt someone would. My best advice would be if you like the 63 rear end, just get a 63. The 63 and 64 are very close to the same, give/take the rear end and chrome/trim. Hope this helps!
