Is a 2000 Chevy Cobalt with over 100,000 miles worth it?

It was very well maintained and the engine looks clean. I checked all the fluids and there is no gunk in the oil or transmission fluid. I'm paying 11,000 for it and I'm planning on using it as a daily commuterr. I travel about 100 miles round trip daily. What do you think?
