Is 7500 a fair price for a Chevy Cobalt?

Right now I'm looking at a 2007 Chevy Cobalt LS with manual everything (trans., windows, doors, etc). It's listed at $7488 w/ 32k miles. CarFax is good and the car seems to be well maintained. It's just a first car so it doesn't have to be fancy.

Is $7500 a fair price?
