I need to know the part for a 2000 chevy silverado it goes on a hose engine side...

...of firewall? its a fitting that connects to a rubber hose on one end and copper pipe on other hose runs to the heater core. i need the plastic quick connect piece. i cant find it anywhere found one for a ford part number 800-403 but not chevy and there are 2 hoses going in the firewall are the fittings the same size and what are these hoses going in and out called.

You'll want to travel to your nearest Chevrolet dealer and ask for part numbers 15151875 and 15032062

You'll notice that both hoses have a quick disconnect, but they are 2 different colors. I cannot tell you the difference between the two as I am not a Chevrolet man, but they are indeed different prices as well. I recommend getting both, they are a common problem on Silverados. Both together will run you less than $40.
