a towing truck hit me on the back today so hard that it sent the car flying to the car on front and it completely demolished the front and back of the car... Does anyone know if this would be a total loss? and if it is, would his insurance company pay for my entire car? I just bought this car two weeks ago, it was $9000 and im paying it monthly... i dont know what is going to happen now.
