It has always been on even when i add the coolant. My brother says it could be a fuse or sensor. What should i do. I went driving today after i added some antifreeze and it went away for a little while then it came back on

First you need to diagnosis the sensor system!
What does this sensor do? It's a switch, it senses the presence of coolant and tells the system that coolant is there.
With the light "On": Disconnect the sensor and jumper it with a small paper clip or jumper wire.
If the light went out, then the sensor is faulty.
If the light continues to illuminate then you may have a short to ground in that circuit. follow the circuit and insure no shorts too ground.
If the light works, how can that circuit's fuse be out?
Happy hunting
