at to which I thought was the? muffler, when I took it to the dealership they stated it would cost me 800.00 Dollars to get it fixed. I was told by a friend that it is the Catalytic Converter getting loose? But I looked under my truck and couldn't find a Cat Converter? Where is it and where could the noise be coming from I take very good care of my truck don't drive it hard it has all of its maintenance done at the dealership so what could it be? I thought it was the muffler at to which it is not, I look underneath and hear it when it drives and it is much more closer to the engine? Can anyone help? As well when I back up in reverse it makes the most noise as well, when I'm stopped at a light it sounds like the muffler rattling and nothing else, what do I do?
