It could be, but it could be a number of things a cracked gasket, low oil, the gauge is gone, faulty electrical, best thing check your dipstick if you have oil take it to a mechanic

i could be do check the dip stick and see if theres oil for 1. is that the only other ones not working. but DO NOT START IT if theres no oil pressure you will burn it up
