I'm changing the side bulbs in it, and found there is this plastic molding behind the door panels, should I remove it? what is it there for?, and the plastic its like not all straight

What do you mean side bulbs? Side marker lights? Or like by the headlights, like the blinker?

Straighten it out and leave it there. It's to keep moisture out. Don't the bulbs in the mirrors change from the outside?

If your talking about the sheet of thin clear plastic on the door. the stuff you will see once the door panel is removed....
It's basically a moisture barrier as well as a sound barrier. Helps protect electrical wiring and power window motors, etc from getting wet. It does serve a purpose. I would keep it intact if possible.
