Speedometer Does Not Move,? But If I Turn It Off ( The Truck) And Turn It On Again It Works Properly! What The Heck Is Going On?

replace the speedodmer cable

probably a bad ground..next time it does it try whacking the dash, right above the speedometer with your fist....
