B bandit_60 New member Joined Jan 31, 2009 Messages 134 Reaction score 0 Points 0 Apr 11, 2010 #2 if it does it in drive too then it could be the lock-up converter. there is a sensor that works on them and if it goes bad it will shut off on you everytime you drop it in gear. i changed the sensor on a GMC sierra not too long ago.
