I can't get the truck started after replacing the fuel filter, 2004 chevy

silverado. Any suggestions?
we bled it again, still nothing
We put it on correctly, does not go on the other way. Do you think the pump has gone out? I had to crank it to get it to bleed. Would not bleed just turning the key??????
