How much would it cost to install power locks on an 09 Chevy Cobalt? and...

...where Could I get this done at? I'm going to be buying a new 09 chevy cobalt but it doesn't have power locks and to buy one with the power package adds a nice chunk of money onto the price. I was hoping someone new where I could buy a power lock kit or something?
