How much money will it cost me to restore a 1971 Camaro in general?

Not in top shape but has some rust. Not a total rust bucket either.

Needs a Paint job. Needs interior. Drivers seat needs to be reupholstered.
Whole Floorpan needs replacing, Under all the seats too rust is all the way through.
Needs to be rewired. Passenger side rear panel needs repaired. Hood needs to be fixed so
it will shut completely. It has a good engine and transmission. Brakes need to be fixed.
The steering column needs to be fixed. I can't figure out why when i start it, it runs
then i have to take the battery cables off to shut the car down. I can't just turn the key
off.

Just restoring it, like paint, few new parts, probably around 5-10 grand. If you wanna soup the sucker up, then it'll cost way more, at least 25grand. My approximations may not be completely right, but probably kinda close.
