how much does it cost to fix a short in my 89 camaro,also have a few more questions?

my brother gave me his 89 camaro
and of course thre was some problems

he said the battery gets drained within 1 hour
around how much would it cost to fix

and also if you can help
im also changing the starter the pan and the fuel pump
ive bought all these parts,question is around how much would it cost to get them all installed
all information is greatly appreciated,im trying to bring this baby back to life and on the road again.

Is it drained with vehicle running or now? If so alternator less than $150. If not need more detail. Not sure. It not to hard so probably less than $500 excluding alternator. At least where i live that's accurate.
