Because of the condition of the vehicle i'd say. 5 dollars lol. No really they aren't worth much anything the market is bottoming out on the 3 major automobile makers.

But seriously, he can't ask for extra money on custom parts. His and Your insurance will only pay for the price of the original bumper.
