How fast is a LT4 in a camaro ss 1994 model?

is it faster than an LS1 or still a lil slower or will it hang with an ls1?
i know what year ls1s came out and lt1 and all that ive had a camaro before just wasnt sure about an lt4 never heard of that one and didnt want to buy this SS if its gunna be slower than an LS1 Z28 but thanks

lt4 is the high performance lt1. it came in corvettes trans ams and camaros, but not the base models, just the SS's and WS6's i believe. and yes it should hang with an LS1 but the LS1 with acouple bolt ons will definately beat an LT4. but if you modifiy it, theres no reason the LT4 cant beat a stock LS1.
