How do you remove door panels for a 1999 chevy silverado with manual locks?

I would like detailed steps on how to remove the door panels on a 99 chevy silverado. A link to a video would be even better. I just got this truck and it has alot of dust and dirt in the speakers. I think if I cleaned them out I would get better sound out of them. I thank you for your answers in advance.
