How Do I trick out my 2006 Chevy Cobalt LS?

Im a female who doesn't really have any experience on working with cars and I want to trick out my car where do I start from the engine to the body kits to the interior or the interior to the engine to the body kit/paint, etc; or what do I do to trick it out?
