I have googled it but it didn't help much so if someone could explain or link me to a website then I would be greatful.

Also looking to replace the 4x10's in the back, any help with that is welcome as well

The tweeters mounted next to the window/lock controls is as simple as pulling up on the small panel. It snaps in place. Then you can access the tweeters from the rear to remove/replace.

To get to the other, continue to remove the panel by removing the necessary screws on the door panel (in the pull locating when you close the door, behind the door handle).

Start at the bottom of the door panel, and pry it away from the door. The panel is held in place with theose little plastic push pin things. Use a flashlight, and look up from the bottom to see where they are (if I remember correctly there are 4 of them along the bottom of the panel, then a couple more along the sides). Use a large flat head as close to the plastic pin as possible to reduce the chance of damage to the door panel (you will see it bow as you pry it away from the door).

Also wrap your screwdriver with a bit of electrical tape (or something) to keep from scratching the paint on the door.

Work your way around the door, 1 pin at a time till it is loose, then lift upward slightly then remove. Take the window/lock controls and pass the smaller panel throught the hole so that you do not need to unplug the switch console.

Replace is opposite of removal. You may need to replace some of the plastic push pins, they are easy to damage during removal. You can pick some up at any auto parts store for a couple bucks for a package of them. Don't hesitate to replace a damaged one, as it will cause the panel to rattle.
