how do i put the middle seat down in a 1997 chevy suburban?

ok -ok - i KNOW am being dense. ty for the person who instructed me how to fix the back door of my son's suburban. my friends are moving today - and i cannot figure out how to fold down the middle seats in the car - the back seats flip easily into cargo space - but the middle seats do not - i can see where the seat hinges - so i know they must fold in - but i cannot figure this out - any suggestions (other than a brain implant) would be appreciated!! the car did not come with a users manual so i am operating sort of blind here

There has to be a lock lever somewhere by that hinge, lower left of the seat. IT may also be in the very low back portion of the seat. It should be excess-able when you are standing at the rear door, drivers side, when open, some where, keep looking , Good luck.
