How do I program a Key FOB for my 2005 Chevy Malibu LT (with remote start)?

I recently purchased a 2005 Malibu LT and they did not have any of the FOBs. I have found them for purchase online and am wondering how to program them once they arrive.

Yeah, only a dealership will be able to program the key FOB, but call around to a few different dealers in your area, they will be able to tell you over the phone how much it will cost. The pricing is determined by each dealership, so some will be cheaper than others.
