How do I fix 04 Chevy Silverado Front Running Light?

The Front Left Running Light does not work. The Left Turn Signal Hazard is the same light but works fine when turned on. The Fuses are good I just think the wiring to the light is bad? Could Someone Please help?

change the bulb. It has 2 filaments. One for the running lights, the other is for turn/hazard lights.

I just replaced the running light socket and make sure the positive and negative leads don't get crossed.
