How Crowded is the Corvette Diner San Diego (Liberty Station) at 12-12:30 pm?

Okay i'm having a birthday party there and so it's going to be about 10-15 people.
I can't do party packages because they're for 12 and under, and I can't get reservation or group events packages because they're too expensive.

So, I was wondering how crowded is the new Corvette Diner around 12 o'clock lunch time?

it will be very crowded!
alternatively, get their before 11:30 for on-site reservation.
if all else fails, their gamer's garage will provide plenty of activity while waiting.
