These are the cars I have narrowed it down to to be my first car. The year for the civic is 2006-2009 and for the cobalt are also around 2006 and 2009.I wanted to know which one is best by not being a SLOW car,comfortable, insurance price,and tunibillity( like body kit, exhaust, and etc.) and basic things a first car should have. So which one is better?
