Help with chevy silverado truck questions?

I have an 07 Chevy silverado new body style, I have idk what type of exhaust it sounds really good though, Pro comp 17" wheels with 33" tires. I'm looking into getting the K&N 77 Series air filter with a Cortex Super-Chip, Will my truck run without a catalytic converter??? I want my tuck to be as loud as possible i live in Mississippi so there are not a lot of laws against it. In about 2 months i plan to get a 3" lift, Grille guard with lights, im also going to put my speakers back in 4Kicker 12s with kicker mids,highs,tweeters
I also would like to get my back windows to roll down i have an Ex Cab but there is a bolt or something holding them up any ideas?
