I have a 1991 chevy C1500 silverado, I am having problems with the heater, it blows air but it doesnt get hot. I dont know where the heater control valve is located, I know that is one thing that could be the problem, but also someone told me that there may be no thermostat in the manifold, or that the spring may be missing, if this is the case, would coolant leak from from the thermostat radiator hose mount? any info is appreciated.
Truck warms up and holds perfect temp. The upper radiator hose gets plenty hot.
