Ok, a little back story first so you know what I'm dealing with. I recently purchased a 1984 Chevy Corvette from my brother and it runs like a beast but needs a lot of cosmetic work done and does need to be rewired. Under the steering wheel column all of the wires are exposed and are barely hanging above the brake and gas pedal. Because the wires are so close to the brake pedal it seems I have disconnected a red wire and long behold my headlights don't light up anymore. They do flip up but just don't light.
My problem is I can't figure out where it plugs back in. I do have a copy of a Chilton repair manual for my year, make and model Corvette but can't find anything that helps.
In case it matters, it has a 1996 body kit.
