Gauges don't work. Please help.

So I pulled out the stock radio in my 1999 pick up cause i wanna put an after market one in but I don't have the adapter piece that I need so I just have wires hanging out and now most of my gauges don't work..? I was thinking maybe the wires rubbed wrong and I blew a fuse? Not sure please help.

Did you check the fuses? Did you try putting everything back the way it was before you started this project, not sure how you expect to not have problems if you have disconnected wires.

Well all I did was disconnect the radio...

Doesn't matter if all you did was pull the radio. Did you disconnect your battery ground cable first? It sure does sound like a blown fuse to me too. You should do as Zora suggested and just try plugging the radio back in and see what happens. Do this, of course, AFTER you check your fuse box.
