Fog light wiring

I just picked up a 2011 Panel for my wife. It does not have the optional foglights. Does anyone know if the factory wiring is in the dash and under the bumper just not hooked up? Curious before I start taking thing apart. Thanks in advance!

Look at gmpartsdirect.com to see if they list a separate wire harness for the fog lights.
