extended cab door latches

have a 2004 2500hd extended cab. the rear doors are stiff/ won't open. im sure all the good salt around here during the winter has rusted the latches on the bottom of the door.
does any aftermarket vendor make these parts?

Is there any way you can remove the door panels and saturate everything in there with some PB Blaster or some other type of rust penetrator? Perhaps that would allow you to be able to get them open in a couple of days. Repeated soakings may work, but then again I don't know. It's just an opinion. If you have access to or can find Kroil locally, it's the best I've ever used. I used to be a pipe fitter and that's what we used on every job.
