Hi all, I just found out I need to drop a new block in my 06 Equinox. I'm having trouble finding an engine block locally. I found a 07-09 low mileage engine. My question is can I use just the block out of the 07-09 and drop it in my 06 and put all my top end intake, plenum, etc. if this 3.4L won't work out of the 07, could somebody tell me if there is a different 3.4 that would work in an 06 Equinox. There are so many different GM vehicles, it seems like something will work. I would really appreciate any help!! Thanks!
