Electric to manual nv3500 transfer case conversion

I've been in the market for a nv3500 4wd transmission for my project and I've found one from a 99 s10 with an electric transfer case, which I don't like. It comes with a clutch and flywheel, which is a plus. I'm not sure what transfer case is in it, I know you can do a manual conversion on np233c.

How feasible would a manual shift conversion be? Or what other manual transfer case is compatible with an s10 nv3500? Hopefully I can get a word, thanks.
