ebrake removal

OK I have a 78 nova and the top mount its broken so I found a replacement .so I'm looking at the mouths and its two threads that goes to the fire wall I Dont see them under the hood . I also notice the fuse box is in the way as well ... any suggestions.

So the ebrake still doesn't work. I took both tires off and I had to pry both of the drums off with a screwdriver and after I took the drums off the e brake worked but when I put the drums back on it was a pain. I think it needs adjustment how do I adjust it

The backing plate has a small slot in it which may or may not have a rubber plug. Insert a screwdriver into the slot and adjust the star wheel on the brake adjuster till you feel a slight drag and then back off. Inaddition the brake cable should have a turnbuckle adjustment.
