Fuel gauges in general are not exactly correct they are off ,sometimes alot sometimes a little.this is way alot of poeple say never to trust a feul gauge and when the gauge says 1/4, fuel up then you will never have to worry about running out of gas.becuase when it say 1/4 you may have more than that in the tank or you also may have less.never ever trust that gauge.
the others like the pressure ,trip mileage and such are pretty dead on.
