Distributor Cap Firing ISSUE

1963 Nova Convertible

Inline 6 cylinder engine

Replaced: spark plugs, wires, coil, distributor cap, points, air filter

1st problem: firing order isn't working 1,5,3,6,2,4

2nd problem: now there is no spark

starter is turning over but nothing is happening not even backfire

I have spark now. The points were not spaced properly.

The car still will not start. It backfires!

Any help here?

Are you sure you have the sparkplug wires in the right place ?
