My cousins 1989 chevy suburban is not running. She has been told by a couple different people that the reason is her seat belt chime module. It is a small black box with about 7 electrical outlet looking prongs. This just doesn't seem to make any sense to me. Why would this have anything to do with her car not running? And about how much would something like this cost from a junk yard?
