corvette year!!!!???

It's a 1968, and I'm not guessing.
You can limit it to a 68 or 69 based on the side louvers, which look like gills. It's too hard to tell whether or not the grille is black. You know it's a 68 because there is no Stingray logo above the gills. But if you want one someday, a 68 and 69 are nearly identical.

The black grille makes it appear to be a '69 to me.

My guess is 1980. But it could be anywhere from 1968 to 1983, They looked the same for those years.
