Corvette started then died and won't start now?

Ok it's a 1980 Corvette with a 350 in it. It's all stock and numbers matching. I started the car, it idled a little rough like it was missing a bit. Drove it for about 10 minutes when all of a sudden it just died while I was driving it. It almost felt like it ran out of gas but that's not the case. Now when I turn the key it will just crank all day but never actually start. The carb is getting fuel so I assume it's not getting spark. I'm really at a lose here and I don't know what to do. I need some help big time, so if anyone has even a remote idea of what's happened then I'm in your debt.

Check if youre getting spark, if not the distributor module may have failed. Check you fuses first.
