Clock settings and navigation settings

I have a 2009 avalanche, and my clock when set reverts back to the previous time when the engine is shut off. Also, my navigation system is functioning properly, but it is not remembering my recent destinations and address book entire. Any ideas what may be happening. Could this just be a blown fuse?

Look for a blown or loose fuse, otherwise the systems have to be checked by a dealer.

Any recommendations on which fuses to start checking with as I reviewed the manual and none refer directly to clock or navigation systems? Or should I just start randomly pulling fuses?

Look in the box that has interior functions like dash lights, etc.
