Who knows how and if I can sue for the 2016 2017 Malibu 1.5 eco tech engine piston 1 failure. Mine did it and I'm seeing a ton of others and GM is not manning up. Refusing to recall a known issue because it's basically putting new engines in.

If your vehicle is still under warranty, you can contact GM (General Motors) or an authorized dealer to see if they can repair or replace the engine for free.
