Chevy suburban or dodge ram?

I am not sure if I should get a chevy suburban or a dodge ram 1500. It needs to be able to fit 5 people and 2 large dogs at the same time.
I would not put the dogs in the bed of the truck, could they fit inside the truck if 5 people are already there
