ok first the car was running hot we found out the reserve tank was cracked so that was replaced then we had to replace the water pump i thawt that was it then sat i drove the car in the am in tucson its nice and cool in the as so no air but by 12 noon i went other places it was hot so i put on the air it was fine for a while then the car statred running hot so 1 fan was on but the other was not it was not the fuse but when i turn on the heat it takes the temp down in the car does that mean anything.......i wanted to know if i could tell if the mini relay for the fan will have any signs that it is bad like a fuse does
