Chevy Malibu dex-cool issue!!!!?

I hear that GM is accepting responsibility for the intake gasket being destroyed by dex-cool.
My question is......... Does anyone know if they will fix the problem free of charge and who i contact regarding this problem. I dont not have the cash to front, nor the time to wait for a reimbursment!!!! Please help..... PUBLIC TRANSPORTAION IS NOT MY CUP OF TEA!
