I have a 2006 chevy cobalt. The car has a terminal under the hood i guess used to jump start other vehicles. Problem is im not getting any power out of the terminal. When i connect the cables to my car and put the other two clamps together to test spark, i get nothing. If i put the cables on the battery in the trunk, it works flawless. Is there a fuse that is blown? I scanned the manual and didnt seem to come across anything. Please Help.
