Chevy Cobalt Body Repair?

I wanted a ballpark figure of how much it would cause to get this fixed. I'm really just trying to get mentally prepared for what they may say when i finally go and get a quote at a body shop. Also, would it be better to get something like this fixed at a body shop or at a dealership as far as price goes? Thanks guys.
