Chevy avalanche?????

So i'm getting a 2002 avalanche for my first car it has 130k. it's for 5 grand and i'm paying for half

but i know the seats go down to open up to the truck caro part. but does the glass go down to or up.

and it has a cover to cover up the pick up part. Can that be put up easily to or not?
